Is there any way to disassemble it for cleaning?

There is on screw on the bottom. Undo that, pull off the control knob, and you can gently pop the clips apart and take the front grill off. Be careful cuz it is all plastic and too much force could render it unable to pop back together. I just did mine and it working so much better. I oiled the fan assembly while zi had it apart, too. The blade is attached by one nut. You can take that off and clean it as well. Hope this helps someone else.

If you need to clean the fan, unplug from the electrical supply, clean plastic parts with mild soap and a damp cloth or sponge, remove soap film thoroughly with clean water, and do not allow water or other liquid to enter the motor.
