No. The timer controls both outlets.

You CANNOT program the 2 outlets ON the Timer to go OFF and ON at different times. BOTH outlets will ALWAYS have the same Time going OFF and ON depending on HOW you set your timer. The ONLY Solution would be to buy 2 Timers to do what you want them to do. Hope this helps. Ron from Cape Coral, Fl.
