does trex float in water I'm hoping it doesn't Thank You

Trex decking must be installed onto a stable substructure, where the framing members will not move relative to each other and relative to the deck boards over time. It must be attached in a manner that secures the framing/system. In addition, Trex is not meant to be used in direct contact with water for extended periods of time.
