What is the height range of the ball and how is the trailer tongue lifted or trailer valet ball lowered to engage the tongue fitting. thanks and pleas

Thank you for your interest in Trailer Valet! The RVR3, unlike the RVR5 and RVR9, comes with a mounting bracket instead of a ball. The height of the RVR3 with mounting bracket sits at 13-20".
