What is your delivery policy on this item? Will you deliver in hous to the basement?

Unfortunately they will not. LTL truck freight service is required to ship an item this large and they only provide residential and lift gate service which would drop the safe off at your curbside or wheel it into your garage if you have a smooth flat driveway and if you can lend the truck driver a hand pushing the safe if needed.
