I have a toro 75759 (50" timecutter MyRide Zero Turn). How and where does this attach? I don't think I have holes that would align with this tube mount?

This Jack Mount Kit #140-2711, mounts to the front of the mower and allows the owner to raise the mower to gain access to the underside of the deck to check blades or wash the deck.
