I need to cover an electric dryer outlet that is not in use at this time so no one accidently touches the outlet, would this work?


The face of the receptacle is intended to be proud of the wall plate, and does not sit flush with the box. For this reason, the PBC200GY, cannot be mounted to a box, and used as a cover. The cover will not sit flush with the box. The breaker should be turned to the OFF position, to eliminate any possible shock hazards.
