Will this cut a 4 1/4" base moulding?


No. This is a solar light. What? (maybe I'm not seeing what others are seeing, but this has nothing to do with pathway lights)

Yes, clamp it after your initial cut. Then cope the upper part of your molding, demos on YouTube.
