Can you adjust the sensitivity on this. Mine comes on about 2 hrs before dusk


If it turns on earlier (or turns of later) than you want you can partially obstruct the exterior sensor with some black electrical tape. I used this to 'fix' observed problems on industrial photocells which sensed presence of an item to limit early/late detection. Another technique would be to put some translucent film on the lens to reduce light transmission but films tend to degrade over time while a good quality electrical tape will last for years.

You cannot adjust the sensitivity on this photocontrol, if the unit is mounted in an shady area that will cause it to come on earlier than normal.
