Does this kit work with a metal roof building. The roof has the stamped grooves in them. What else do I need if get this kit?

The roof flashing in this kit is made to work on a standard shingle roof. To make it work with a metal roof with a grooved profile, you will need to build a roof curb. This will give the flat base plate of the flashing something flat to rest on so it can seal. Any excess material on the baseplate should be cut & folded down the sides of the curb to close it off & protect the material (much like the lid of a shoe box).
