Does the warranty cover the pole breaking only after two uses? Sheared in half in 3-5 mph intermittent wind.


Dear customer, I apologize for the less than completely satisfied feeling you are left with, but please understand that these umbrella poles do not just "shear in half" under a slight breeze. There would have to be storm like winds for the pole to snap as you say. We do not warranty weather damage. That being said, we did not hear from you through our customer service team.
