I have 3 umbrellas and each one is missing hardware AA the knob to tighten up the umbrella from the stand.


Dear customer, this product only comes with: the solar panel (which will be packaged in a separate container and located at one end of the packaging), the canopy/top portion, and the lower pole. The knob to tighten the umbrella is part of the umbrella base, not the umbrella. It should be packaged with the umbrella base.
