assembly instructions not in box. HELP!!!!!


The other person who answered gave a contact number to call. Good luck getting anyone to answer and good luck getting anyone to respond to an email. I even tried to reach out to the President of the company registered with the Sec of State he does not reply. Lowes Customer Service was unable to even contact them about the missing part. If so many people were missing instructions then it would only make sense they would offer it for download from their website. However, they do not even care to have a properly functioning website as some links just redirect to the main landing page when they are clicked and the menu has items not properly capitalized. You should just return the item.
