Can this be installed over existing glued-down vinyl plank flooring?

Yes, the Style Selection Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Plank are floating and interlocking, and can be laid over most existing glue down vinyl (as long is it's not a cushioned sheet vinyl). The subfloor must be rigid to keep the locking mechanism on the plank from breaking or coming apart.
