Won't lock together and keep breaking


Hi Brian - thanks for the comment. We would recommend reviewing not only the installation instructions on how to engage the planks together, but also the short installation videos that are posted on this product page. The videos show how to engage / disengage the locking mechanism. Also, please ensure you've followed the instructions on subfloor preparation. Specifically on the flatness tolerance level.
