Is this product completely waterproof? If I have a risk for small amount of basement flooding, is this a good choice? I don't want to have to replace


Hello Krista and thanks for your question. The ProCore Plus Luxury Vinyl is waterproof, however, it is not a waterproof barrier. So we recommend installing a 6mil polyethylene film over the concrete subfloor as a vapor barrier. In order to stay within the parameters of the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend reviewing the Installation and Warranty Guides (found in the carton or on the product page of the Lowe's website) prior to installation.
