does this require laying down a underlayment on a manufactured home floor? No concrete.


Hello Matt and thank you for the question. The Style Selections Warm Honey Oak already has an attached IXPE rubber underlayment. So no additional "underlayment" is needed or required. If installing over concrete, we do require installing a 6-mil polyethylene plastic as a vapor barrier; However, it is not required over a plywood substrate. We would definitely suggest reviewing the Installation Instructions (found in each carton or on the product page of the Lowe's website) prior to installation.
