DO these fit 1 inch rods??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????!?!!??!???????!!!!!!!!??????????????????????????


I noticed under "specifications" it says it's 1.125" diameter. I assume that's the whole width of the ring itself & the inner ring is slightly smaller
