What do the brackets look like?

Hello Linda, Thank you for your question and interest in this product. The brackets mount to the all and have a circle in the front that the rod would be slid through to secure it. You can review the installation instructions by returning to the product page and scrolling down until you see a blue bar "Guides and Documents".
