What is the length of the rack? Is the rod adjustable to lengthen or shorten the rack?


No, the rod is not adjustable. It runs the length of the rack and secures at both ends with hanging brackets that get screwed in to the rod. The rod can move forward or backward on the rack but for clothing on hangers keeping it in the middle is best.
