Can you use a beater bar vacuum or roomba

Hello, For the best care, we recommend using vacuums without beater bars. If you cannot avoid the beater bars - we recommend setting the bar to the highest setting (furthest away from the ground) and lifting it onto and off of the rug, rather than rolling over the edges. To this end, the Roomba and other vacuum robots have been known to prematurely damage the edges of rugs when rolling on and off. We would not recommend them, but it ultimately up to you. These are the best care standards for rugs across the board.
