How do you instal the cover.

Thank you for your question. It's not difficult to install, however, I hope I can give you the instructions in writing!! The grille is actually held in place by the reflector. So you put the grill up against the ceiling, next goes the reflector. THere will be an acorn nut to hold this into place (and, of course, you will have to pull the light socket thru the hole in the reflector). Ok, your grill is now in place. The lens cover then gets 'snapped' in. You will see this once you have it in place. I have the same situation on my own exhaust fan at home. Also, are you certain this grille/lens assembly is the correct one for your unit?? Not all grilles/lenses are the same. If you need to talk with a Customer Service Rep, please dial 800-558-1711.
