can light be charged on a 120 volt


Yes, it includes the AC and DC plugs for charging. Per the instructions, do not charge longer than 2 hours and plug in the unit before plugging into the wall.

No it can't. Req's 3 AAA Batteries. I guess you could get re-chargable batteries.
