Is the Coffee mug a microwave oven safe? How many hours the coffee mug will be able to sustain the heat?


Coffee keeps adequate temp for at least 50-60 minutes. Have not tested for longer though.

coffee mug is microwave safe. The mug is quite tall, and will not fit in smaller microwaves. Coffee will not stay hot for more than one hour (the outside of the mug will start to get warm almost immediately after a hot liquid is introduced, indicating that the insulation is not working well).

It says microwave and dishwasher safe - no problem so far. I'm a hot coffee drinker, so I don't let it sit very long - an hour at the most for me has worked well. Use hot water to pre-heat the mug first before adding the coffee. Long periods of time would be for a stainless steel thermos.
