How do you connect to a ground rod? Local code requires a sub-panel in an detached garage to be connected to a grounding rod.


Hello, If you have a sub-panel, you need to separate the neutral and the ground. The first step is to remove the green bonding screw from the panel. The second step is to add a ground bar. You can add it and screw it into the panel in one of the spots that the load center has a "ground sign". The ground bar for your device is the PK7GTA. Regards.
