QO 25-amp 2 -Pole Standard trip Circuit Breaker

What's the max wattage you can run through this breaker using both poles?

Never use a 2 pole breaker for separate loads, they are designed only for a single piece of equipment or panelboard. The wattage or amperage should be roughly the same on each pole. Never listen to an "engineer" who uses personal fudge factors.

On a 240 volt circuit the maximum wattage would be 14.4 KW. Continuous wattage would be 11.5 KW.

It is what it says, 60 amp. If one side is overloaded to above 60 amp it will trip.

Wattage equals Volt x Current, so take the voltage (110 volts) times the rated current and that gives total watts available. Or look on the package for the wattage. For a 60 amp circuit it would be 60 amps times 110 volts or 6600 watts. However, make sure that the wire used to go between the breaker panel and outlets in garage is large enough to handle the load. Look online for the formula for the size wire needed per distance and power needed. As an engineer i like to put a minimum of 10% fudge factor so keep under 6000 total watts but rate the wire size for the full capacity of the breaker.
