Hello, No. The QOCRBGK1C will fit 100A-125A load centers with QOM1 main breakers. You can use a QOCGK2C. It is compatible with any Series G or Series S, NEMA Type 1 (indoor); and Series G or Series S1, NEMA Type 3R (outdoor), single phase, convertible main, main breaker QO load center that utilizes a QOM2 frame main circuit breaker (150 - 225 ampere). It interlocks the QOM2 2-pole main circuit breaker with a back-fed QO 2-pole (15-125 ampere) branch circuit breaker. Regards.
