Will it work on cicada eating wasps, the orange and black kind?

Hello Sus. We thank you for your inquiry. We do apologize, but our Spectracide Carpenter Bee and Ground-Nesting Yellowjacket killer is not guaranteed to kill cicada eating wasps. We are not showing that we do have a product that will kill that kind of wasp at this time.
