Was this Answer Helpful ? No, you need 10/3 wire. Unless it is mounted to the house you're not really supposed to use NM-B. THHN or UF-B depending on how you want to bury it.

Was this Answer Helpful ?A 14/2 wire belongs with a 15 amp breaker not a 30 amp. You can use a bigger wire with a smaller breaker but not a smaller wire with a bigger breaker
