Can this wire be buried in conduit


No! NM-B cable can only be used in indoor dry locations. Outdoor and underground locations, even in conduit, are both classed as wet locations by the NEC. Since you are using conduit there is no need to use a cable at all, I'd pull in separate THHN/THWN conductors.

Type NM-B cable is approved for use in dry locations only. We Recommend using type UF-B cable for a burial or underground application.
