Was this Answer Helpful ? No, NM-B cable is for indoor dry locations. Outside areas and outside/underground conduits are both classified as wet locations. I would suggest you pulling in individual conductors such as Type XHHW or THHN/THWN conductors.

Was this Answer Helpful ?No. 'Romex' cannot be run in conduit, and this wire is not rated as direct-bury. Underground conduit is still considered a 'wet' location, and the wire you run must be rated as such.
