Can this be used on a 50 amp rv recptacle


No, 10-2 NM-B cable is only rated at 30 amps. You could use 6-2 NM-B cable if the 50 amp circuit is 120 volts and if the wire is installed indoors.

No, 10 gauge wire is rated to 30 amps, 50 requires 6 gauge wire. Also, NM-B is not rated for outdoor (wet) use.
