Would this be okay for a 5000watt/17,000 btu garage heater? Run from electrical panel will be about 90 - 100 ft.


Assuming you have a 240 volt heater this 10-3 would work, but has one extra conductor you don't need. I'd use 10-2 NM-B cable.
