Would this be good to hook up a inside stove

No—12/2 NM‑B cannot be used to hook up an electric stove, because ranges typically require a 120/240V 40–50A circuit, while 12/2 NM‑B is only rated 20 amps and does not contain the four conductors (hot‑hot‑neutral‑ground) that most stoves require. Assuming you mean an electric stove, NO! Electric ranges mostly require 40 amp or some even 50 amp 4-wire 120/240 volt circuits and this cable cannot be protected over 20 amps. You probably need either 8-3 or 6-3 NM-B cable.
