what is the best wire to install on a 30" whole house fan


I would generally just use 12-2 NM-B cable, but since most whole house fans only have a 1/3 HP motor, 14-2 NM-B cable would also work if it is on a dedicated 15 amp circuit.

12/ 2 is it pulls less than 20 amps.
