Your question cannot be fully answered without more information. Most hot tubs require either a 50 amp or 60 amp GFCI protected circuit. You will most likely need to install a spa panel with the proper 2 pole GFCI circuit breaker factory installed in it, Lowes sells a couple brands. The 10-3 NM-B cable where you posted your question is too small to feed the spa panel. You could use 6-3 NM-B cable to feed either a 50 amp or 60 amp spa panel, but you cannot use NM-B cable between the spa panel and the hot tub. The wiring between the spa panel and hot tub is required by the NEC to have an insulated equipment grounding conductor and NM-B cable has a bare grounding conductor. In addition, NM-B cable cannot be used outside, not even in conduit. You should refer to the installation instructions that come with the hot tub.
