Does the 9 in 1 have a lifetime warranty? Meaning if it breaks can I switch it out in the store?

You do it direct with Southwire, not at the store. I just had this happen (snapped the PH2 bit trying to remove a stubborn deck screw). Went to southwire.com to start a warranty claim. It was quick and painless to do and my replacement arrived by mail two days later (in my case they sent a whole new tool, not just the one bit which was nice of them). If you do snap a bit, save it since they may ask you to email a picture to them.
