Type NM-B cable cannot be used outdoors or underground whether in conduit or not. Outdoor And underground conduits are classed as Wet Locations and Type NM-B cable is for indoor Dry Locations ONLY. You would be better off using Type XHHW or THWN separate conductors in conduit. Another option is to just direct bury 6-3 UF-B cable.
