Depending on your application, this may not allowed by code as per NEC 334 - Type NM shall not be used in wet or damp locations. If you do have an NEC compliant application for installing NM into liquid tight conduit, you would need to use a larger size conduit / fitting, as your conduit fill cannot exceed 40%.
