Has anyone used this item to sharpen a ceramic blade knife?


You are correct. A fine diamond surface is the best one to use for that process. Take your time and be very patient throughout the process and you should have no trouble restoring the edge to razor sharpness. Good luck and KEEP IT SHARP!
