What do I do with the exposed cut off ends where there is no matching finish?

Thank you for your interest in Pergo. We would suggest a "two cut angle" solution. Make the 1st cut at a 45° angle, then make another 45° degree angle cut for the return. Once the angles have been cut, you will need to cut the return to cap the exposed edge by making a 90° straight cut. The return should be glued onto the edge of the quarter round, which will cover the exposed area.
