how much do i use with water in a spray bottle for an all purpose cleaner?

The dilution ratio for Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner is 1:30. One ounce to four cups water.

Depending on the application and type of soil you are trying to remove the dilution ratio will vary. For heavy cleaning and de-greasing the product can be used between full strength and a 1:1 ratio. For moderate daily or weekly cleaning it is recommended to use the product at 1 oz. per cup of water. For very light cleaning, such as daily cleaning of floors, fingerprints on walls, dusty baseboards, granite and tile counter tops, etc. you can use 1 oz. of Simple Green per 2-4 cups of water.
