Can this connect to a 75 to 100 gallon water heater with one inch hot and cold connections already on the water heater itself


Hello - As long as you have threaded connection on your water heater then yes. The gallon capacity of the water heater is not taken into consideration as much as the size and type of threading. As long as your water heater nipples are 1" MIP then the threaded connection to the water heater connection should work.
