Use FRP adhesive to install FRP wall panels. A circular saw is fine to cut with. Install the cabinets first. It is a waste of $$ to hide it under the cabinets.

If you use a small stream about the size of a pencil or small and the lines of liquid nails are 4" or so apart it should work. The nails would work to help only if you can hit the studs. If you want it behind the cabinets then you will need to run it to the top of the cabinets so their plum. If you have the ability and a nice saw, I would cut the board right below where your going to put the cabinet. But If you can cut a straight line then put it all the way up. I could not cut the straight line with my saws. Good Luck.
