how to open/unlock washer door


How to unlock the washer when you started it. The first 3 minutes you can unock it, after that 3 minutes, what you can do is fool the washer by shutting it off and resetting the computer so it opens the door.

Thanks for the question. The WF350 washer door should unlock automatically when the cycle has ended. If they'd like to open the door during a wash cycle, they should press the Start/Pause button and wait for the door to unlock; when the Padlock icon turns off, the door is unlocked. There are certain times when the door cannot be opened for safety's sake, such as during the Sanitize or Spin cycles. If the washer loses power while the door is locked, it may be necessary to wait for power to be restored to open the door. For more information, please call 800-SAMSUNG.
