Anyone having a problem with the clothes balance during the spin?

Push the pause button, wait until the door is unlocked. Untangle the items and shift them around to see if you can "help" sometimes when you have light weight items mixed with heavy, like t's and jeans it can make it harder for the machine to rebalance. Also, for future, try to remember what types of items caused this and see if you can 'out think" it that way. I have to say that I am pretty weird about the way I sort clothes, but I have not had this problem come up much. Any time the machine has seemed "stuck" I just paused it and moved things around and all was good.

Haven't had that problem. Maybe you have overloaded it.
