How do I clean the drum?

Only the WF220 has the auto drum clean feature. If you need to clean it by hand ... The user manual says to use bleach on the "quick clean" setting. See the manual.

Thus far what I have found is to eliminate built up odors you can add Borax detergent booster once a week to any load of laundry & problem solved. As far as surface washing to rid the drum or window of possible buildup I have used a natural all purpose cleaner & a non abrasive scrub pad, then follow up with a paper towel.

They make cleaners you can buy. Or, according to the Energy Star web site, you can put a cup of bleach in the dispenser and run on hot.
