Installing in a basement.Can you install this directly under luxury vinyl plank flooring or do you install a Vapor barrier and then this underlayment?

While this underlayment offers moisture resistance and added support for vinyl plank flooring, it is not intended to replace a 6-mil vapor barrier. When installing over concrete, we recommend a separate, continuous 6-mil polyethylene vapor barrier placed directly on the slab to provide proper moisture protection and align with flooring manufacturer guidelines.
