Is this flooring 100% waterproof? It sounds like the top layer is, but I question whether the pressed fibers can be truly waterproof if subject to prolonged water exposure. Thanks.

Tanglewood Oak will not be damaged from topical moisture due to normal wet mopping and everyday household spills under normal residential use conditions when installed and maintained as outlined in the product’s installation and use and care guidelines for a period of up to 72 hours per our Warranty documents. This is top-down waterproofing. It is not waterproof from the bottom up.
