I see you recommend glueing down for cabinetry, but what about appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, or even furniture such as a reclining couch?

Thank you for your question! When it comes to residential grade appliances it is not necessary to glue down your floor an they are not heavy enough to cause damage to the floor. They would need to be very heavy commercial grade appliances to cause any warping of any kind in the long run. When you have furniture such as couches or chairs we recommend using the appropriate furniture protectors to ensure the weight of the legs are distributed evenly and do not create any indention or scratch when moved. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact SMARTCORE directly by calling 800-355-7429, option 2 twice or by emailing asksmartcore@smartcorefloors.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, Eastern time. ~BL
